A Bit About Me
I was born in Tanzania and grew up in the UK surrounded by elite-level football. My father coached both the Cameroon U19s and Tanzania’s national team, so high-performance sport has always been part of my life.
I trained at a Championship-level football academy throughout my youth, and although I eventually moved on from the pitch, my passion for health, performance and coaching never left. That’s what inspired me to launch BAS Training – to help others get the very best out of themselves, whether they’re everyday gym-goers or aspiring athletes.
