Hi, I’m Christian Lawal – a Personal Trainer based in Tunbridge Wells. I help people build strength, improve fitness, and develop lasting confidence through tailored training and consistent support. Whether you're completely new to the gym or looking to break through a plateau, I’ll guide you with structure, clarity, and purpose – helping you train smarter and feel stronger, physically and mentally.
My Background & Journey
My journey into personal training began with a lifelong love of movement – from football and cricket to swimming, cycling and running.
In 2014, I earned a football scholarship to George Washington University in the U.S., where I played for the men’s soccer team while completing a degree in Finance and Psychology.
That’s where I discovered strength training – and it changed everything. I became more confident, more capable, and more in tune with both my body and mind.
After graduating and returning to England in 2018, I explored several industries – from telecoms and hospitality to digital marketing – before committing to my passion and becoming a full-time Personal Trainer in 2019.
My Mission
To help people become stronger, more confident, and more resilient through fitness and self-improvement.
