Hi, I’m Jack Rivers, and I’m the owner of Coached By Jack Rivers. My journey in fitness started six years ago when I got my first job in a gym. Shortly after, I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and began booking clients. But this is where it starts to get interesting – as my client base grew and I became more popular, I quickly realised that the results I was getting weren’t quite the level I wanted for my clients.

So, I took it upon myself to level up. That’s when I created my 1-1 coaching service, designed to help my clients achieve goals that they hadn’t been able to reach before. Through personalised coaching, I’m able to deliver results and progress that no other trainer could offer, and I’m here to do the same for you.
