A Bit About Me
My own fitness journey began after having my children over 15 years ago. I discovered not just the physical benefits of training, but the huge impact it had on my mood, confidence and overall wellbeing.
I hold a Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training Certificate, and I’m a REPs-registered professional with full public liability insurance. I also hold a BA in Business and bring a client-focused, professional approach to everything I do.
Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent years working in hospitality – so creating a warm, welcoming environment comes naturally to me. Every session is different, every client is unique, and I’m here to make sure your experience is enjoyable, positive and effective.
