Hello! I’m Karen, a Personal Trainer and women's fitness, health, and nutrition coach. I work with women to help them achieve their health, fitness, and lifestyle goals. I believe that with the right support and encouragement, anything is possible. I work closely with my clients to help them stay motivated and on track.

My Background & Experience:
With years of experience in a variety of fitness activities, from swimming and running to Crossfit and weight training, I’ve participated in Race for Life, Tough Mudder, Triathlons, and Park Run.
I’ve had personal experience with motivation struggles, diet, and bodyweight fluctuations, which allows me to deeply understand and empathize with my clients.
I’m currently working toward a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition for Obesity and Diabetes, along with a certification in training Peri to Post Menopausal women.
