Hi, I’m Matt Halls – Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach based in Eastbourne, and the founder of Matt Halls Personal Training & Nutrition. My mission is to help you build lasting strength, improve your fitness, and feel great in your own skin through fun, effective, and personalised coaching.

With a background in Sports and Materials Science from the University of Birmingham and years of real-world coaching experience, I know what works. I believe in keeping training enjoyable, challenging, and tailored to you – no cookie-cutter plans, no boring routines.

What Makes My Coaching Different

Training should be something you enjoy – not just something you "get through." I specialise in functional fitness, weightlifting, gymnastics, and CrossFit-style programming, using movements that translate to real life.

I’ve been through my own fitness journey – from struggling with weight loss to competing in events like Tribal Clash and Turf Games. I understand the ups and downs, and I use that experience to help you stay motivated and on track.
