What are my roles?

I operate out of The Grange Community and Leisure Centre in Midhurst, West Sussex, as a Performance Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Sports Massage Therapist.

I like to use knowledge I have gained from my years of experience in the gym and from higher levels of university education to help guide, educate, and inspire those I meet and have the pleasure to train, to achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be!

• UKAD Clean Sport Advisor
• BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science (Physical Activity for Health)
• Level 3 Personal Trainer (CIMPSA Accredited)
• Level 2 Fitness Instructor (CIMPSA Accredited)
• Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy (iTEC Accredited)
• Cupping Therapy (CPD and IPHM Endorsed)
• Kinesiology Taping (CPD and IPHM Endorsed)
• Health Navigator (CIMPSA Accredited)
• Working with People With Long Term Conditions (CIMSPA Accredited)
• First Aid Trained
