I’ve been where you might be now: feeling stuck, unfit, and disconnected from the healthiest version of myself. My Journey and Expertise
I wasn’t always in shape – in fact, my early years were spent enjoying the party lifestyle, indulging in food and drink without considering the consequences. But as time passed, the weight gain caught up with me, and it wasn’t just about the extra pounds. I felt constantly tired, unwell, and lacked the confidence I once had. At one point, my doctor even told me I had the heart of a 60-year-old. I knew something had to change.
It wasn’t an easy journey, but with persistence and a commitment to self-improvement, I turned my life around. I researched, learned, and applied evidence-based training and nutrition methods. Through strength training, hypertrophy, and cardio, along with a strict ketogenic diet, I got into the best shape of my life. More importantly, I gained a mindset that allowed me to see endless possibilities for what I could achieve.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or shortcuts, but I do believe in long-term, sustainable change. I now help others make the same positive transformation, teaching them how to balance fitness with life so they can feel great without extreme sacrifices.
