Hi, I’m Sarah!
I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor based in Winchester. After developing a passion for fitness, I decided to pursue my qualification to share this love with others and help motivate people to lead healthier, happier lives. Having a background in the corporate world, I understand how challenging it can be to juggle exercise and a busy schedule. That’s why I’m dedicated to helping people fit exercise into their lives and find the same love for it that I have. I truly believe that exercise is key to both mental and physical health and should be a priority in everyone’s daily life.
I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, as well as a certified Advanced Post Natal Specialist.
