Hello! With over 9 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and improve your overall wellbeing. My journey began as a Personal Trainer at a top Health and Fitness Club, where I honed my skills and developed a passion for supporting others. After moving into management and leading a team of 16, I now specialise as an Online Coach at T1 Coaching, using my knowledge to guide individuals toward peak physical and mental health.

When I’m not training clients, I enjoy taking life slow, relaxing with good food and wine, and spending quality time with family and friends. I love exploring new places, with the Caribbean and Italy being some of my favourite destinations. Outside of work, I’m also a big fan of sports, whether I’m playing, watching, or attending events.
