Hi, I’m your coach! With over 9 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’m passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall wellbeing. I started my journey as a Personal Trainer at a top Health and Fitness Club, where I developed my skills and love for helping others. After moving into management and leading a team of 16, I now specialise as an Online Coach at T1 Coaching, using my expertise to guide individuals toward peak physical and mental health.

I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not only on your body but also on your mindset and habits. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose fat, improve your performance, or simply feel better in your own skin, I’m here to help you reach your potential. When I’m not training clients, I enjoy taking life slow, relaxing with good food and wine, and spending quality time with family and friends. I love exploring new places, with the Caribbean and Italy being some of my favourite destinations. Outside of work, I’m also a big fan of sports, whether I’m playing, watching, or attending events.
