Tom and Holly, the founders of Tom’s Health & Fitness, have a combined experience of over 15 years in health, fitness, and nutrition. Our journey began with Tom earning an Honours Degree in Health & Fitness and Holly in Human Nutrition. Over the years, we’ve worked alongside NHS and Public Health projects and fitness facilities, helping people achieve their health and fitness goals while overcoming common barriers to success.

Tom has a wealth of experience in various sports, including golf, cycling, and martial arts. He uses this diverse background to make training sessions enjoyable and engaging, often turning exercise into fun, playful activities rather than just a task. He’s passionate about simplifying fitness, clearing through the noise of misinformation, and making it easy for you to succeed.

Holly, our nutrition specialist, brings a deep knowledge of weight management, food science, and nutrition. She’s worked in the food manufacturing industry, and her expertise in healthy eating will surprise you. Holly is also qualified in GP Exercise Referral, which means she can provide tailored training plans for clients with varying health conditions or limitations. In addition to her expertise in nutrition, she’s an active participant in triathlons, ensuring that her advice is both practical and grounded in personal experience.
