My background as a professional athlete has given me invaluable experience and insight, which I now use to help clients at all levels of fitness, from beginners to seasoned athletes.

My Journey and Expertise

As a former international rower, I represented Great Britain and earned medals at the Commonwealth Games and Henley Regatta. I’m also a World Champion Indoor Rower and the current World Indoor Rowing 100,000-metre team relay record holder (2004). With a personal best of 5 minutes and 56 seconds for the 2000m row, I understand the dedication it takes to achieve peak performance.

In 2020, I won gold in the British Virtual Online Rowing Championships in the 50-54 age category with a time of 6 minutes 19 seconds. My next goal is to compete in indoor rowing events, with a focus on British and World Indoor Championships in the coming years.

With a BSc in Sports Sciences and PE, as well as over 20 years of experience, I have an in-depth understanding of nutrition tailored to different lifestyles and activity levels. I focus on educating clients about the dangers of sugar, artificial sweeteners, processed foods, and preservatives. Instead, I advocate for natural, organic foods that nourish the body and support your fitness goals.

I believe in the power of intermittent fasting, a flexitarian diet, and consuming nutrient-dense, organic foods to optimise performance and gut health. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, or omnivorous, I can help you create a food plan that works for you. I also educate my clients on the importance of sourcing locally grown organic vegetables, free-range meats, dairy-free alternatives, and responsibly sourced wild fish and game.
